Farewell Sweet Tiffany

A human-made disaster has struck one of our youngest friends...

Tiffany (RB Angel)of Five Cat Flyer has been taken from us far too soon.

The cats and I will not comment on our personal feelings about what happened. No good will come from critizing or condemning now. I just want 5 Cat Style and The Flyer to know that we deeply appreciate what they have undertaken to do.

May God speed you quickly to the Rainbow Bridge
And take you without delay into his arms.

PS. Damn it! I hate for my first post in nearly a month to be a depressing one. Please pick up your kitty tonight and give her/him a loving hug and say "Tiffy ask me to give you this."

  2. I've held back my tears through this saga, until now. Poor Tiffy. These sweet little troublemakers trust us so. Purrs and headbutts. And yes, hug your cat(s), even if, like Bonnie, they don't like it. Poor little innocents.

  3. My FatCat has occasional bathroom issues and I threaten to take him back to the Humane Society and exchange him for a "good cat", as a joke. The idea that someone would _actuallY_ do it, in such a cruel way... Awful, just awful.

  4. We just now found out about this. It just breaks my heart, along with everyone else's. Thank you for being the "bigger person" and not criticizing that father. His family has enough problems as it is from the sound of it. I'm sure the thoughts going through your head are the same that are going through mine right now.

  5. Well I put up my own opinions in my blog. I just find it so terrible and so sad. She was so tiny and so young.

  6. It is a very sad story, indeed. I know that God said to forgive others there trespasses; but, I am finding it very hard to do. It angers me, more than I am saying here, that someone would be so cruel to a kitten.

  7. Poor Tiffy. At least she is now with all of the others at the Bridge and does not have to be scared of anything. We will say purrayers that Gucci is ok.

  8. These beautiful creatures are so special that it's hard to imagine that anyone would ever be cruel to just give up on their little lives. Fanks to Tiffy for passing the hugs to us and hope she's happy over the bridge.

  9. So sorry to hear about the Little Angel. I don't know the story, and from some of the postings, don't want to. All my babies are getting hugs tonite (April, Remy and Katrina).

  10. I really, really, really want to bite someone's dangly bits off right now. This is the kind of stuff that makes me really mad...so very, very bitey. Poor baby kitty :(

  11. Thank you for remembering little Tiffy. I hope she is happy and warm at the Bridge. She used to love attacking fingers... so I hope she has lots and lots of fingers to attack where she is.

  12. Thank you for remembering Tiffy. We felt the same way as your PS: We have to all sit down and cuddle one another to make every moment count. In a way, it's for those who do not get even the slightest of affections.
